‘Futures of Natural Resources’ is the 24th international Futures Conference of Finland Futures Research Centre and Finland Futures Academy, University of Turku. This year we are excited to be able to organise this event together with Natural Resources Institute Finland (Luke), which is a research organisation promoting competitive business based on the sustainable use of renewable natural resources, as well as well-being and the vitality of the countryside.
The Futures Conference 2024 focuses on the questions of what futures research provides for the sustainable management of natural resources, both in water and the surface of the earth and below. We aim to create a cross-disciplinary science platform where participants can meet, share, and discuss the sustainable uses of natural resources in the future.
